About Me

Victoria McGlone is a visionary senior Revenue Leader renowned for her strategic expertise in uncovering new revenue streams and developing innovative sales strategies to foster growth in startups and scale-ups. Underpinned by a BSc in Business Information Technology and a Masters in Business Law, Victoria has consistently driven significant growth in her various leadership roles in the technology sector.
As the CEO & Founder of Three Cliffs, Victoria created the AE Playbookâ˘in 2023. It is a unique resource designed to equip B2B salespeople with critical skills that go beyond traditional business school education and standard sales training. This playbook focuses on practical, real-world tactics and strategies essential for modern sales success.
Victoria's resilience, showcased in her personal battle with breast cancer at 38 years old, inspires her commitment to empowering others, making her a sought-after mentor and speaker in the business community.
Victoria is a published children's book author of The Good Cancer, and was proudly named a winner of Ottawa's Forty Under 40 in 2024.

Why I Do It
After beating breast cancer in 2023, I shifted my focus towards consulting, driven by a renewed sense of purpose to share my extensive experience with others. This pivotal moment not only highlighted my resilience but also deepened my commitment to empowering individuals and organizations within the business and cancer community, while prioritizing my recovery, my heath and my young children.
